Acupressure - acupuncture without the needles!
Shiatsu - like acupressure and includes various stretching techniques and joint manipulations to achive its effect.
Ayurveda - too complex for a brief description here... more of a lifestyle than a specific treatment.
Yoga - meditation and exercise to improve health, flexibility, strength and posture.
Pilates - improve flexibility, strength and posture, working through the core muscles but without the meditation or spirituality of yoga.
