What do I mean by Swedish massage?

Swedish Massage is usually what you see in the movies when a scene is set in a health spa. You know what I mean, the masseur or masseusse uses the typical gliding strokes on the client's back and then applies "chopping" motions with their hands.

Performed by a trained therapist the percussive, or tapotement, techniques can be very effective and are nowhere near as painfull as they appear to be, believe me, I know because i've been subject to them whilst I was training and despite their appearance they are very relaxing.
