Terry has trained over a number of years to develop complementary therapy skills.
As a therapist, Terry believes that many of the stresses and strains of modern life are a major contribution towards poor health.
Complementary therapies do not dispense with conventional medicine, in fact, where required will work with the client's general practitioner to provide a holistic treatment, thereby maximising the benefits to the client.
Terry is also a student of T'ai Chi Qigong and would recommend this martial art to anyone. Whilst considered a soft art, T'ai Chi in all its forms is great for the body, mind and spirit.
T'ai Chi aids flexibility and mobility of joints, helps develop balance, calms the mind yet makes you more aware. It is also an excellent form of meditation.
